The rules and regulations outlined in this document are subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice. The latest version of this document available on the official RoboFest 2.0 platform shall always be considered the authoritative problem statement and rulebook for all participants.

Any revisions will be reflected through an updated version number (for example, v2.0, v3.0, etc.) in the document title. It is the responsibility of every participating team to regularly review, understand, and comply with the latest version of the rules and technical specifications.

RoboFest 2.0, organized by SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), reserves the right to disqualify, restrict, or prevent any team from participating at any stage of the competition for failure to comply with the rules or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the organizing committee.

Whenever a revised version of this document is released, all participants who have registered as of the date of revision will be informed through the official communication channels.
